Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies are one of the simple life’s pleasures. Get down to making yourself a batch of these to  satisfy your sweet cravings.

Our main ingredients almond flour & chocolate chips are considered to be super healthy , nourishing and also as mood boosters. Have it as a midnight snack or as a quick snack before you go for a run….it’s sure to boost your level of energy and happy hormones!

2 cups Blanched Almond Flour

1/2 cup Coconut Sugar

1/4 cup Coconut Oil

3/4 cup Un-salted Butter, softened

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 egg

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (dark/milk/white)

Pinch of Kosher Salt




As a thumb rule, pre-heat your oven at 180 degree celsius for at least 10 mins before you are going to bake .

Using a hand mixer or a  stand mixer, first incorporate together butter and the coconut oil and sugar.

Then add the vanilla and egg.Once,mixed in add the salt and baking soda.

Add 1 cup flour first and mix well; then add the other cup.

Once the mixture is incorporated well, fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.

On a oven tray place a butter paper and using a small cookie scooper, scoop the cookie mixture with keeping two inches difference in between each scoop.

Bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes till the cookies look golden brown!

Let them completely cool down before you devour them 🙂

To make blanched almond flour at home : Blanch almonds and peel their skin off. Let them completely dry off and cool on a kitchen towel paper. Once dried and cooled, in a food processor blitz it into powder to make flour.

servesYou can also get creative with these and make yourself your fav flavoured ice-cream sandwiches too!

Put one scoop of softened ice-cream on top of one cookie and then top it with another cookie and press gently, so that the cookies do not crack.

Roll them around your choice of toppings and put them back in the freezer for atleast 30 mins before consuming!

I used dark, milk & white chocolate chips!
