GRANOLA

GranolaAbsolutely nothing beats the goodness and crunchiness of HOMEMADE GRANOLA . It is wholesome and super healthy. It satisfies your sweet tooth one hundred percent guilt-free ,leaving you much too energized to power through your day.

It is so simple to prepare , that once you make a batch you will say buh-bye to all store bought granolas/granola bars forever. You can tweak it just as you please to match your haste and even calorie-requirement.The best part to me is that you know what you throwing in…So buy Organic Ingredients and have fun mixing them up.

I share with you my favorite flavor combo but please do improvise to your like and share your concoctions with me when you do!

My version of Maple-Nut Granola .

cooking-time  Prep time : 10 mins

cooking-time  Total time : 25 mins

serves  Serves : 10-12 potions

 

Ingredients:

2 cups of Rolled – Old Fashioned Oats

1/3 cup Chopped Walnuts

1/3 cup Crushed Hazelnut

1/3 cup Dried Figs

1/3 cup Chopped Pistachio

1/4 cup Goji Berries

1/3 cup Dried Mulberries

1/4 cup Chia Seeds

1/4 cup Watermelon Seeds

1/3 cup Coconut Oil

1/3 cup Maple Syrup

1 tsp fine Pink Himalayan Salt

Method:

 

GranolaLet’s start with the fun part. Mix all the ingredients other than the goji berries , cranberries and mulberries in a bowl with your hands ; making sure all of the dry ingredients are coated well with the Oil and Maple Syrup.

Place a part of the mixture on a baking sheet and smoothen it out .Put the tray in an pre-
heated oven , set at 300 F . Bake for 10-12 mins till lightly toasted ; pull the tray out and toss the mixture and put it back in for 5-7 mins or till all of the mixture looks golden brown.

Let it completely cool off . Once cooled,mix in the Goji berries , Cranberries and Mulberries .You may store the mixture in a (preferably) glass-mason jar and store it in a cool dry pantry for up till two-weeks.

Repeat the same with the remaining potion & thoroughly Enjoy!
