Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie Bowl

If you are a peanut butter lover you are going to go banana’s on this recipe!! Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie Bowl is one of the most delicious things you will put in your mouth.

We all from time to time crave for a indulgent midnight snack….and that is why I give you this 5 minute recipe that is so super easy and guilt-free! Packed with the goodness of nutrients and anti-oxidants!

Ingredients

 

3 frozen banans , chopped

4 tbsp peanut butter (organic with no added sugar)

1/3 cup plain/almond milk

1 tsp chia seeds

Ingredients for topping

2 tbsp Dark and Milk chocolate chips

Handful Pretzels

1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa powder to sprinkle

Method

Add the bananas , milk , chia seeds & peanut butter in a blender and blitz it till it reaches to a smooth thick consistency.

Pour in individual bowls and sprinkle the cocoa powder generously. Garnish with the toppings-pretzels & the chocolate chips, as much or as less as you like.

Serve immediately & indulge!!
