Smoothies are my favorite Breakfast treat ; that make me power through the day. Sharing with you my favorite smoothie bowl…Hope you enjoy it as much as I do! yayie..!!
BERRIES are synonyms to powerful plant based – Superfood , promising to be an anti-aging miracle. There are so many types to choose from ; and no matter which you pick is sure to do wonders to your system . Try to stick to the seasonal ones though…because nothing beats fresh produce! This smoothie bowl thus has a duo of berries.
I added Rose Water to my smoothie bowl too ; yet another anti-inflammatory and anti-aging agent . It is also known to reduce stress and bloating . No wonder Cleopatra swore by it!
Along with it I toss in some Chia Seeds and Flax Seeds. I shall share a simple tip here..bare in mind as a simple thumb rule – Seeds are little but a Micro-Nutrient Powerhouse . Try using them as much as and as often as you can . If you are a vegan especially , it is a core part for your Daily Nutrition . Chia is packed with Fibre , Omega 3 Fatty Acid and Protein & Flax Seeds along with those has Estrogen and Antioxidants

Serves : 1
3/4 cup Strawberries (frozen)
1 Banana (frozen)
1/2 cup Almond milk / Greek Yoghurt
1/4 cup Cranberries
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Flax seeds
2 Tbsp Old Fashioned Rolled-Oats
2 Tbsp Rose Water
1 Tbsp Honey or 1 Pitted Date
For the Topping
Edible Flowers & Mint
In a Spice – Blender add the Chia and Flax seeds and Rolled Oats .Blend it together till you are left with fine powder .
Now in a smoothie blender , add all the Ingredients together along with the Chia & Flax & Oats powder mix ; and blend till it reaches a smooth consistency .
Make sure to pulse a few times just to make sure you are left with no lumps.
Transfer the smoothie into a bowl and top it with Mango , Plums & Edible Flowers using your creativity .
