Oohh..Yes please!! Is what my tastebuds shout out when they come in close proximity of this particular condiment . Mayonnaise itself rounds up the dish with its creaminess and tanginess . Now add some wasabi and WHAM! … you have a flavor dynamite. Squeeze it in sushi , sandwiches , over your pizza’s or even dip your crunchy munchies in it and let your tastebuds have a party!

 

 

cooking-time  Total time : 10 mins

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

2 cup Olive Oil

3 Tbsp Vinegar

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp wasabi paste or 1,1/2 tbsp wasabi powder

Method:

wasabi-mayoBreak the Eggs that are at room – temperature into the food processor . Add the Vinegar , Wasabi and salt and pepper and give it a churn. Then ,with the processor speed set on medium ; very cautiously add just a few drops of oil at a time till about 1/4 of the oil has been poured.By this time your mayo would have started to emulsify .

Once you reach this point you may add the remaining oil in a continuous thin stream till all the oil has been consumed leaving behind thick glossy mayonnaise.
You may refrigerate it for a week.
